I decided against buying one of these when i found out what it entailed, all this downloading lark It's ok if you have a good computer and a good understanding of them but as i have neither of those I know...........i'm pathetic

That's a cool idea! I'll look forward to seeing them appear online too. I wondered if each recording would be available for a limited time or not?
When a boardie calls you from a concert, you can then buy the recording and ask your friends if they can hear you singing I'll Be Your Man really loudly down the phone!

It's not complicated at all, LB, and a nice souvenir... just give them a chance... no more noisy videos from youtube but quite good audio quaity to listen to whenver you want... and if you don't want to listen to it with the "bad" speakers of your computer transfer it onto a cd and put it in your stereo...

No you're not pathetic LD... I'm in the same boat, with my laptop being a bit unreliable and not having much memory capacity, I just don't trust it to manage the task. It would be great if they started selling DVDs of all the concerts via the online store though... especially James' performance at Hyde Park, which the BBC filmed. Maybe James' management could approach the BBC and ask if they could make that available... I'm sure they could strike a deal where profits/royalties/whatever are shared in some way?

If you enter the site www.jamesbluntlive.com you can choose a concert. I cannot imagine that they keep track of what code was sold at a certain concert.
So I would assume that you can download any concert available with any code but to be absolutely sure I would advise you to inquire under www.jamesbluntlive.com/help.

All you need to do is: A. select your concert below, B. enter your code, and C. download the show.
Some Important Information
This is a new experience for us. We're recording your concert straight from the mixing desk, which will be as high a quality as when you heard it, but may sometimes have a different audio character.
Our aim is to have your concert available the next day for you to download. As we're on the road though, this depends on the internet connection where we are. We will try our best to have the concert up here the following morning - but in some cases there could be a delay of a couple days if the internet connection lets us down. If it's not up here yet, just check in a few hours later to see how we're doing!

| I did not buy the card with code after the show in Kaunas (I did not know they exist). But as far as I understand there will be possibility to buy the code online via website. And technical issues are solved at the moment. Correct me if I'm wrong

Before I posted the comment, I already sent a message to shop@jamesblunt.com. I just got back from Basel and checked my email. Erik sent me a message, so it looks like everything will be alright
I have one question, I hope you can answer it. Yesterday at the concert in Basel they didn't sell the card .. Do you know why? I asked the guy and he said they just didn't have it and said something in German but I didn't understood what he meant. I thought that you could buy a card at every concert from now on. I was so looking forward to the picture. Can you please tell me why it wasn't available at this concert?

Yes I get the same problem but if you just type www.jamesbluntlive.com into the normal webpage address bar it works.

We also tried to download the concert with our card but it didn´t work even though we followed the directions. First time nothing happened, then we tried two more times and now it says we tried too
many times. Oh no, we were so excited because the concert was so different and cool and James said so many things. Is there anything we can do now? I think it´s probably over, cry!

Yes Billy yesterday in Basel i really would love to have this concert as a download but they don't sell those cards...`!!!?? i asked the man there and he said the don't have this... don't know if he don't know what i mean... and i speaked in swiss german with him so there was no problem to talk... can you help me maybe to buy this here online those code??? thank you for your help

| In Rostock they only sold the cards with a tour programme. I already bought my tour programme at one of the concerts in summer so I didn't buy it again because I don't need two programmes. I would love to have the Rostock concert and the photo.

Hi Jamesline,
There was a problem with Swiss taxation, so no merchandise was sold at the Basel concert. The concert will still go online for sale soon (maybe even today if our system works!).
And we hope to have resolved the problem by the Geneva concert, and hope to sell merchandise there.
