I will never, ever forget hearing If Time Is All I Have live for the first time,  but I just love listening to No Tears at home.  It is such a beautiful song to which I can really relate.

I instantly liked So Far Gone when I first watched the Mayfair Gig. But since the album is out I really love Calling out your name.
But it`s hard to decide for a favourite when every single song is that good (even Turn me on, which took some time getting used to )

Well, having listened to them all now, my first pick would have been If Time Is All I Have but that's only because I've watched the live version... and I have to say it again...The whole album recordings have a huge disadvantage to the live versions. There's really no comparison.

As far as catchy tunes go, I'll Be Your Man gets my vote.
Very playful!

Edit: Oh...in addition, I hate the recorded version of Turn Me On. You can barely hear Blunty's electric guitar which made this particular song stand out for me.

I have to agree Trinity, Turn Me On doesn't sound as raunchy as it did!

After I have been listening many, many times all the songs, I can say that Some Kind Of Trouble is so amazing! Really, I think all the songs are specials on their own way, and it's hard to chose only one! I was between: I'll be your man, Best laid plans and So far gone. But I voted I'll be your man, because this song is just perfect to me. I love the funny lyric and the rythim, and it sounds really good live! (But Back to bedlam will be always my favourite one! )

Well, after many listenings (this is an understatement!), I can't vote for one song in particular. I love ALL the album. The more I listen to those songs, the more I love them. "No tears" touches a very sensitive chord in me because of the lyrics, the voice and the music. This song must be very moving to hear live, but maybe not appropriate for large arenas.

I make a prediction on the next songs which will go out as singles on radio stations: These Are The Words and Dangerous.

You did an amazing album James. Already on its way for a huge worldwide success.

I just LOVE These are the words, it's my favourite by far. I think it could be a number one single if it were released. Second favourite is If time is all I have. The one I like least of all is Superstar.

C Chalk...I'm of a similar mind...I love the first two you mentioned, but would add Best Laid Plans and No Tears to make up my top four.  Superstar is also my least favourite track...but I don't dislike it.

So I have managed to reduce it down to 4 favourites...no hang on, I also love Calling Out Your Name and Heart of Gold...OK those are my favourite 6!

How the hell can I choose ONE favourite when there are SIX I absolutely love, FIVE I just love and ONE that is good?  This is a totally unreasonable task to set! Be reasonable!!!

Edited: How can I have forgotten I'll Be Your Man?  OK That's my top SEVEN!  That's the least I can whittle it down to!

Sorry for my English )
Well, the whole album sounded strange to me for the first time - so much instruments used, wich is unusual, I'd say - not Blunt's style )
The two shiny songs - Stay the Night and I'll Be Your Man - pleased me so much: they sounds optimistic and with tail up.
Well, after listening some more times, and watching the concert, I'd say the best are Heart of Gold and If Time Is All I Have - watching him singing it is fantastic.

I have too many... Best Laid Plans, No Tears, So Far Gone, Superstar, These are the words...All my personal favourites.

But Turn Me On definitely is my favourite.

It's got sound, sophistication and sexy compiled all into one track. It's also more edgy rather than, say 'soft rock ballads' he usually writes, I like that in an artist. Taking risks, that is

It was 'turn me on', but now having listened to the album A LOT it's changed to 'Calling out your name'. Great song. Some I'm not totally keen on, but in general a very good album.

This is exactly what i was waiting for from James, am so excited for the tour!! i never thought there would be another album as good as B2B!!

Going by the live performances I have been to "I'll Be Your Man" is definitely one of my favourites.

"Best Laid Plans" is a grower.

Without giving it a second thought, I'll Be Your Man... The tongue in cheek intro on youtube, and lyrics appealed to my sense of humour!

So true!  That's why it's so difficult choosing one favourite...they're ALL so good we're spoilt for choice.  I voted for Best Laid Plans but was torn between that and Calling Out Your Name or I'll Be Your Man.

Now I've listened to the album some more these are my personal favourites: No Tears, These Are The Words, If Time Is All I Have, Calling Out Your Name and Heart of Gold. I think Stay the Night didn't get any votes because we've probably all heard it more often (on the radio) than the others that are all relatively new to us. I think you'll find in the voting on other albums, that the singles seem to get fewer votes from fans - You're Beautiful gets less votes than you'd expect even though it was the biggest selling single, so that is a good example.
